My name is Danielle and I'm your host. I'm currently a student at the ACORN School Of Medical Herbalism studying the traditions of Vitalism. I've been inspired to share the stories of fellow Vitalists on this podcast.

My hopes are that this show will soon become a one-stop-shop for herbal medicine, health & wellness tips, tricks, recipes and protocols, and to also build a budding community filled with those who are called to a different, more traditional type of lifestyle — with a little radical twist :)
